The manually-operated cargo crane is provided on the vehicle for their handling.

BMR-3MS armored mine clearance vehicle is designed for leading the vehicles and mine clearance within the mined locality areas ensuring sweeping the main types of anti-tank, anti-track and anti-bottom mines with contact mechanical, non-contact magnetic fuzes via utilization of the detachable sweeping equipment.
BTR-3MS is equipped with KMT-7 combined track-wide mine sweep of the roller-plough type arranging two swept 0.8 m tracks or TMT-S tank mine sweep ensuring 3.9 m wide full-width mine clearance.
When TMT-S mine sweep is used, in addition, side-hitting mine sweeping is ensured with the non-contact seismic optic fuze and destruction of mine, land mine control wire lines. |
