PURPOSE AND MAIN TASKS

Triumf S-400 mobile multi-channel anti-aircraft missile system is designed for attacking the up-to-date and advanced airborne threats:

electronic warfare aircraft;
airborne early warning and control systems;
reconnaisance aircraft acting both in individual capacity and as parts of target acquisition and fire control systems;
strategic bombers;
tactical, short- and medium-range ballistic missiles;
other means of air attack in contested electronic environment.

Triumf AAMS includes the system controls, up to six anti-aircraft missile systems, anti-aircraft missile load and support equipment.

The unique system specifications allow for its usage not only for performance of the wide AD task range, but for development of efficient non-strategic AMD system.
