AVALON 2013 International Air Show to take place in Geelong (Australia) on February, 26 February - 3 March 2013.
The Air Show is held under patronage of the Ministry of Defence of Australia. Its subjects are military and civil aircraft, space vehicles, land facilities, and ADMS equipment and systems.
In 2013, 354 companies from 14 countries will take part in the Airshow, including the USA, France, the UK, Germany, Israel and other states. Military and civil aircraft, including combat and heavy planes, drones, in particular, F-22 Raptor fifth generation multi-role fighter, F-16С fighter, В-52 Bomber, КС-135 tanker aircraft, С-17 transport aircraft, Predator multi-role drone, RQ-4 Global Hawk (model) strategic surveillance drone will be presented.
Russian exposition occupies 126 sq. m. OAK OAO will show the model of Т-50 fifth generation multirole fighter, Sukhoi Superjet 100 short-range passenger aircraft, Be-200 amphibious plane, and Russian Helicopters OAO – models of a fire safety version of Ка-32А11VS civil helicopters, and a passenger version of Ка-62. Information about the whole range of the Holding’s civil products will be presented.
During the Air Show, these organizations planned meetings and talks with leaders of regional civil air companies, and participation in the round table with presentation of products.
Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation expresses hope that AVALON 2013 International Air Show will help strengthen business relations between Russia and foreign partners in the military and technical area.
