On the International Exhibition of Arms and Military Machinery «MILEX – 2017»
The International Exhibition of Arms and Military Machinery «MILEX – 2017» will be held on May 20-22, 2017 in Minsk (Belorussia). Its organizer is the State Military-Industrial Committee of the Republic of Belarus.
The exhibition subject – arms and military equipment of the Army, Air Force and Navy, Air Defence troops, technical means and systems of troop support, modernization and repair of military equipment and arms, equipment and technologies of utilization of arms, military equipment and ammunition.
The exposition square will be more than 13,000 sq. meters.
Participation of nearly 150 companies from 6 foreign states is planned this year, the main exhibitors will be Belorussia and Russia.
According to organizers, 55 official delegations from 27 foreign countries will visit the exhibition.
At the Russian exposition of 350 sq. meters under the auspices of JSC «Rosoboronexport» 17 Russian organizations will advertise their production, including 5 military-technical cooperation affiliated entities: JSC «Rosoboronexport», JSC «Tecmash», «Almaz-Antey» Corp., JSC «Russian Helicopters», OJSC «RPA «Splav».
In the form of patterns, models and other material at the Russian exposition will be represented:
aircraft – Su-35 multipurpose supermaneuverable fighter (export variant of Su-27M aircraft), MiG-29M2 two-seat multifunctional front fighter, Yak-130 trainer (combat trainer) aircraft, Il-36MD military transport aircraft;
helicopters – Ka-52 reconnaissance attack helicopter, Mi-17V-5 military transport helicopter (export variant of Mi-8MTV-5 helicopter), Mi-171Sh military transport helicopter (export variant of Mi-8AMTSh helicopter);
armoured vehicles – T-90S modernized tank, BMPT tank support combat vehicle, BTR-80/82A armored personnel carrier, BMP-3M infantry combat vehicle;
Air Defence means – S-400 Triumph air defence missile system with 48N6E2 (48N6E3, 48N6E) antiaircraft guided missiles and 30K6E control means, 2K22M1 Tunguska-M1 air defence gun-missile system;
artillery and antimissile systems – 120-mm 2S12 Sani carrier mortar, Khrizantema-S self-propelled antitank system, Metis-M/M1 9K115M1 antitank guided missile system, Kornet-E antitank guided missile system and other military purpose products.
Totally, 411 exhibits, including 35 samples, will be represented.
The official Russian delegation will be headed by D.E.Shugaev, Director, FSMTC of Russia.
