19-22 April, 2010, Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) will play host to the International Asian Arms and Military Vehicles Exhibition DSA – 2010 to be sponsored by the DSA Exhibition and Conference Sdn Bhd.

Among Exhibition subjects will be world’s sophisticated vehicles & electronic warfare in land, air & sea defense, special forces, and conversion products.

The Defense Services Asia will be held for the twelfth time since 1988 under support of the Defense Ministry of Malaysia. The Exhibition is among the top five world exhibitions of a similar type by its scale and number of its participants.

650 companies from 44 countries, and delegations from 30 countries are expected to take part in DSA 2010. The total exhibition area is 42,000 sq. m.

12 states, such as Australia, China, Czechia, Germany, India, Italy, Malaysia, Norway, Russia, South Korea, the United Kingdom, and the USA have confirmed to located their pavilions.

The Russian exposition of 256 sq. m. will be sponsored by the State Corporation Rostekhnologii.

13 Russian companies expressed their readiness to participate (including 3 MTC entities, such as FSUE Rosoboronexport, SUE Instrument Making Design Office, ОАО NPK Uralvagonzavod) with 260 exhibits of military-purpose products, including 15 full-scale versions (optical sights, LED lamp «Zenith», micro-modem of command and control information radio line).

ОАО Motovilikhinskie Zavody Special Machine-Building and Metallurgy Company will introduce elements of the Smerch multiple rocket launcher - a fighting vehicle and a transporter loader.

The Federal Service for Military-Technical cooperation views participation in the International Asian Arms and Military Vehicles Exhibition DSA – 2010 as important stage in development and strengthening military-technical cooperation, and associated business ties between Russia and its foreign partners.
