Arms market of the Middle East countries is one of the largest where Russia has established strong military-technical relationships with many states, including the United Arab Emirates, based on mutually advantageous cooperation and strict conformity with legislations of the counterparts. At the same time, Russia and UAE firmly adhere to their international commitments.
Russia has been pursuing a long-term, productive and mutually advantageous cooperation, excluding intervention in internal affairs of partner states. The principle of mutual relations at the state level involving relevant authorized structures determines all MTC-related issues.
The Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation of Russia views the International Exhibition DUBAI 2007 as important stage in development and strengthening of the military-technical cooperation, and associated business ties between Russia and its foreign partners.
