International exhibition of arms, military vehicles and ammunition, Russian Exhibition of Arms, Nizhni Tagil 2013, to be held in Nizhni Tagil, Sverdlovskaya Oblast, from 25 to 28 September 2013.
Minpromtorg of Russia is the organizer of the exhibition.
For the first time, this year, NPK Uralvagonzavod OAO (earlier, FKP Nizhnetagilsky institute ispytaniya metallov acted in this role) acts as the organizer of the exhibition.
More than 150 Russian organisations and more than 20 foreign companies from Germany, Italy, France, the United Kingdom, and Belarus will take part in the exhibition.
Intention to visit the exhibition was officially confirmed by 38 states.
The exposition area is more than 12500 sq. metres.
This year, to show visually capabilities and advantages of joint actions of different service arms, a team demonstration of military vehicles is planned during the exhibition. Armoured and engineering machines, self-propelled artillery installations, advanced fire-throwing systems, and aircraft will be simultaneously involved in the exercises.
A wide-range business program with dozens of seminars and round tables will become a distinctive feature of this year exhibition.
This program will include a meeting of officials of CSTO member states on economic and military (technical) cooperation on 25 September 2013.
According to Order of FSMTC of Russia № 144-od dated 20.09.2013, 97 samples of the military vehicles not included in the list of military products authorized for transfer to foreign customers will be shown during the exhibition to demonstrate recent achievements of the national military-industrial complex.
The Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation wishes all participants of the exhibition productive work and mutually beneficial cooperation.
