on the 14th meeting of the Russian-Indian Subgroup on Air Force within the framework of the Russian-Indian Intergovernmental Commission on Military-Technical Cooperation
The 14th meeting of the Russian-Indian Subgroup on Air Force within the framework of the Russian-Indian Intergovernmental Commission on Military-Technical Cooperation was held on May 27-30, 2019 in Saint Petersburg on basis of PJSC «Tekhpribor» (JSC «KRET»).
From the Indian Side the delegation was headed by Air Marshal V.R.Choudry, Deputy Chief of the Indian Air Staff, from the Russian Side – Lieutenant General S.V.Dronov, Deputy Chief of the Aerospace Forces.
Within the framework of the meeting the course of the program of cooperation between Russia and India on subject of the Air Force was considered and approved, the significant progress in development of the Russian-Indian military-technical cooperation reached in 2018 was noted.
The meeting was held in friendly atmosphere of mutual understanding and privileged strategic partnership.
The Sides expressed readiness to take all the necessary measures for further expansion and strengthening of cooperation on a mutually beneficial basis.
On the results of the meeting the joint protocol was signed.
