On Exhibition of Means for Provision of State Security Interpolitex-2011
25 - 28 October 2011, the 15 th Jubilee International Exhibition of Means for Provision of State Security Interpolitex-2011 will be staged in the grounds of the All-Russia Exhibition Centre in Moscow.
The Russian Interior Ministry, the Federal Security Service, and the Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation are appointed as Organizers of the Exhibition.
Exhibitors will be represented by 322 Russian and 25 foreign companies from 12 countries, including such Russian defense enterprises as SUE Instrument Making Design Bureau (KPB), FSUE Salyut Gas-Turbine Engineering Research and Production Centre, Degtyaryov named Plant ОАО, Almaz Central Marine Design Bureau ОАО, R.E.T. Kronstadt ZAO, Electroautomatics ОАО, etc.
About 300 military purpose products will be showcased at the Exhibition covering 23 500 sq. m. The latest developments, including optical systems, drones, special purpose computer equipment, versions of armoured vehicles, protective equipment, will be exhibited by the Russian Interior Ministry, and the Border Service of the Federal Security Service of Russia.
The Exhibition will be officially inaugurated in Russia Pavilion № 75 on 25 October at 11.00 a.m. A plenary session of the science and business program «Police and Manufacturing Industry: innovative development of arms and special purpose vehicles» will be held simultaneously.
26 October 2011, at 12.00 noon, demonstrations of operational and combat capabilities of weapons and vehicles of production enterprises and demo exercises of special purpose units of interior forces of the Interior Ministry of Russia will be carried out at the training range of the Federal State Enterprise Geodeziya in the town of Krasnoarmeysk, Moscow Oblast.
29 and 30 October 2011, the training range will welcome visitors from among students of Suvorov military and cadet schools, cadet classes, special purpose schools and other educational institutions, veterans of the Interior Ministry, military pensioners and members of their families, and the general public.
The business agenda will feature 20 events on the priority thematic areas of the Exhibition, including the International Science and Practice Conference on weapons recycling, military and special purpose vehicles and ammunition, and a session of the Business Council of the Interstate Commission on military and economic cooperation of member countries of the Collective Security Treaty Organization.
The Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation expresses hope for success of the Exhibition and wishes all participants of Interpolitex-2011 a productive exchange of experience, new business relations, and successes in cooperation.
