On the international Air and Space Exhibition

The International Air and Space Exhibition «AERO INDIA 2017» will be held on February 14-18, 2017 at the airbase of the Indian Air Force (Bangalore). Its organizations – the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of India, the Government of the Republic of India, in cooperation with the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry.
The main subjects of the exhibitions – air transport, aircraft instruments, navigational support, safety systems, equipment for aerodromes and airports, ground service technologies.
The total square of the exposition is more than 108 000 sq. meters.
According to the organizers of the exhibition, participation of nearly 400 companies from 21 counties is planned this year.
Daily demonstration flights are planned in the program.
The Russian Federation is the constant participant of «AERO INDIA 2017».
Within the framework of the Russian exposition, which organizer is JSC «Rosoboronexport», 43 organizations will be represented. Among them 26 will demonstrate the military purpose products, including 13 military-technical cooperation affiliated entities: «Almaz-Antey» Corp., JSC «Russian Helicopters», JSC “UEC”, JSC "PA "UOMP", JSC “UAC”, JSC “RAC “MiG”, PJSC “Company “Sukhoi”, OJSC “IL”, JSC “Tecmash”, JSC “SPA “Bazalt”, “Pribor” SPA JSC, JSC “AEC.
Totally, it is planned to represent more than 400 exhibits of the military purpose products, including Su-30MKI multirole fighter, Il-76MD-90A military transport aircraft, Be-200 multirole amphibious aircraft, Ka-226T round-the-clock light multirole helicopter, Mi-26T2 heavy transport helicopter, Mi-28NE combat helicopter, Ka-52 reconnaissance attack helicopter, S-400 Triumph air defence missile system, Pantsyr-S1 air defence missile-gun system, Tor-M2KM air defence missile system and Igla-S manportable air defence missile system.
The Russian Delegation will be headed by V.N.Drozhzhov, Deputy Director, FSMTC of Russia.
