The Russian delegation headed by the Deputy Director of the FSMTC of Russia Anatoly Punchuk will participate in the International Naval Defence & Maritime Exhibition EURONAVAL-2014 to be held from 27 to 31 October 2014 on the territory of Le Bourget Exhibition Center (France). Its organizer is the French Naval Industry Group, GICAN. The Exhibition features shipbuilding, naval arms and military equipment, marine aircraft, control systems, telecommunications, navigation equipment, and simulators.
The biannual International Naval Defence & Maritime Exhibition EURONAVAL has been held since 1968 under the patronage of the Ministry of Defence of the French Republic and is one of the representative specialized international exhibitions of naval equipment in the world.
This year, 300 companies from 25 countries will participate in the Exhibition. The largest exposition will be presented by France (150 companies).
The Russian exposition will be organized by State Corporation “Rostec”, occupy more than 350 sq. meters and involve the stands of 19 Russian organizations, 14 of which will exhibit military-purpose products, including 4 military-technical cooperation affiliated entities: JSC “Rosoboronexport”, JSC “USC”, JSC “Admiralteiskie Verfi”, JSCo “SC "Zvyozdochka”. Totally, 178 exhibits, including surface ships and boats, submarines, gun systems, radars, will be showcased in a form of samples, mockups and other promotional materials at the Russian exposition.
The Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation (FSMTC of Russia) is a federal executive authority, which performs control and supervision functions in the sphere of military-technical cooperation between the Russian Federation and foreign states in accordance with its national legislation.
