The eighth meeting of the Russian-Azerbaijan Intergovernmental Commission on Military-Technical Cooperation was held on December 17, 2014 in Moscow. During the meeting, the issues of bilateral military-technical cooperation were discussed, and directions of further interaction in this area were determined.
The Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation (FSMTC of Russia) is a federal executive authority, which performs control and supervision functions in the sphere of military-technical cooperation between the Russian Federation and foreign states in accordance with its national legislation.
