16-21 November 2010, the China International Aviation and Aerospace Exhibition Center in Zhuhai (China) will be the venue of the International Aviation and Aerospace Exhibition AIRSHOW CHINA – 2010. Its subjects include military and civil aircraft, space vehicles and equipment, aircraft equipment and arms, aircraft and rocket engines, arms and military vehicles for landing troops, fire control systems, air defense systems and radar stations, and navigation equipment for airports.

This year, the display area will occupy 50,000 sq. m indoors and 410,000 sq. m on the static parking. More than 270 companies from 21 states are expected to take part in the Exhibition. The largest exposition will be presented by Chinese companies (159 companies). Equally, traditional participants from the USA (44 companies), Russia (30 companies), France (18 companies), Italy (15 companies), Germany (9 companies), the UK (5 companies) will display a variety of exhibits.

Russian organizations will take part in the exhibition according to Order of FSMTC of Russia dated 30 May 2008 No. 80-od.

The Russian Technologies (Rostekhnologii) State Corporation is the Organizer of the exposition in Pavilion 1 of 587 sq. m.

Thirty organizations of which 25 MIC enterprises, including 6 MTC affiliated entities (Rosoboronexport, OPK OBORONPROM, Sukhoi Company, OAO Concern PVO Almaz-Antey, OAO PO UOMZ, FSUE MMPP Salyut), will present information on 181 military exhibits.

OAO Klimov will show a full-scale version of a VK-2500 turboshaft engine with a container for a Ka-28 helicopter.

The Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation considers participation in the International Aviation and Aerospace Exhibition AIRSHOW CHINA – 2010 as important stage in developing and strengthening business relationships between Russia and foreign partners in the military and technical cooperation.
