FSMTC core powers in the MTC system
FSMTC core powers in the MTC system:
а) Control and supervision of:
adherence of governmental authorities and entities operating in the field of MTC to requirements of Russian Federation legislation;
efficient functioning of the MTC system;
implementation of MTC related international treaties;
marketing, advertising and exhibition activity in the field of MTC; and
level of foreign trade prices for military purpose products (MPP).
b) Decision making on:
MPP import and export;
issue of licenses for MPP import and export;
authorizing MPP developers and manufacturers to conduct foreign trade operations to supply spare parts and support materiel to MPP, their repair, certification, etc.; and
holding MPP exhibitions and shows in the Russian Federation and foreign states.
c) Consideration of applications from foreign customers, their registration, record and control over their implementation;
d) Record and registration of foreign trade contracts; and
e) Maintenance of the register of MTC entities and issue of appropriate certificates to them.
